New Ticket Layout - We Listened to Your Feedback
Thank you everyone for giving us great feedback when we announced the new ticket layout a few weeks ago. We read every request and have implemented many of the requests.
Thank you Sara for your feedback - “I wish I could have the side bar on the left instead - this is what I use most.” We debated about this in the beginning and decided to go with the right but after moving it to the left, we love it.
Thank you Viswa, Allen, Chau, and Daniel for bringing up the removed “Take a Screenshot” attachment feature. This is not a very popular feature, but apparently for those that use it, they live by it. After seeing the overwhelming response from you guys, we immediately added it back in.
Thank you Markus for your feedback - "If you click on status [in the sidebar of an existing ticket] you get into the edit screen...it needs one more screen/click. That really slows the process of editing." - We are working on this feature, stay tuned.
We will continue to improve the new ticket layout from feedback from our users, usage statistics, and ideas we think you will like.
