How do you use Tickets? We're offering some prizes to find out.
We are frequently surprised at the many ways that teams use Assembla's Ticketing Tool to organize tasks and workflow. For example, a number of Assembla customers have organized our Milestone-based process to handle more aggressive continuous development and release - with amazing turnaround times - or to handle tasks unrelated to software development.
We encourage you to SHARE these ideas, processes, and configurations, show off in front our international community, and help your comrades. You can win prizes by simply sending in a screenshot of your configuration and a description of your process.

To Enter: Simply email us at contest@assembla.com and include:
- Your name, email, and your company’s name and website.
- A screenshot of the ticket view (Ticket List, Cardwall, or Agile Planner) that you and your team use most often. If you want to send all three views, great!
- A brief description of how you configured your Ticket Tool and how it improves work in your organization. Some examples would be:
- What ticket view do you want your team to use?
- What status values do you use?
- Do you use custom fields or default values?
- How do you use Milestones?
- How do you use filters/reports?
- Are clients added to your space to follow progress or rearrange tasks?
- If you use the Support Tool, how do you set up the fields, defaults, and permissions?
- The name of your space which can be found in the header when viewing your space.
- Do you have multiple spaces with different configurations? Feel free to submit multiple entries.
Duration: Please submit entries prior to June 30th.
Prizes: Winning entries will each receive a $100 gift card to Amazon.com and an optional company spotlight on our blog, which is read by thousands of tech-savvy developers across the globe.
Judging: Entries will be judged based on how your configuration has improved work for your organization. Simple and complex configurations will both be considered; we’re just looking for good ideas that can help other members of the Assembla community.
Why should I enter?
Participation will benefit the Assembla community. We will be putting together a series of resources such as new configurations in the catalog, blog posts on ways to organize tickets, company spotlights, and more. Our goal is to help customers get more done.
