We recently stumbled across two flattering articles in the blogospehere that highlighted the Assembla website. 

The first article, Showcase and Tips: How to Create Effective Landing Page Designs, was in the popular website design blog, TripWire, and used Assembla.com as an example of great landing page design.   We're big fans of TripWire and appreciate the time that they put into aggregating and sharing practical advice on a large variety of design issues.

The second article, 50 of the Best Websites Developed Using Ruby on Rails, was featured on Setfire Media's blog, The Matchbox, and ranked the Assembla website as the 13th best site built using rails.  Setfire is a rails-centric development shop in the UK that has been building great software since 1999.
