Various tool upgrades in Aug 21st release

Some customers have requested info about our August release, so here it is:
Wiki Tool updates
We've made a couple fixes to the wiki tool. When you edit using raw html, you can now use html to write comments the page doesn't render when people view it. You can also of course add comments to pages with the wiki tool without code.
If you use a markup style other than WYSWYG, formatting tips now appear as soon as you create a page.
Firefox 3.5, Mac support
We've updated a few features so they're compatible with Macs and with the most recent version of Firefox.
- Tickets' batch update tool now works with all versions of Firefox
- You can reorder tools by dragging and dropping them, even in Firefox 3.5
- Macs can now open pages in a new window using Command + click without affecting the original page.
Expanded ticket filetring, associations
The ticket associations' autocomplete feature now suggests closed tickets as well, in case a new ticket relates to an old one. You can report on tickets using a new field in filters - time invested.
FTP tool upgrades
We've been coding the tool to make it more stable and reliable. Most of the fixes are behind the scenes, but you'll notice a few of our interface changes:
- Commits now go to any directory you choose, not automatically to /trunk
- Your activity stream now posts your deploy results under "server builds"
We upgraded the FTP tool further in our last release, on Monday. Look tomorrow for notes.
